3. Intellectual Property & Copyright

• Usage License: Upon full payment, clients are granted a Personal license to use the images as specified in their individual contract.

• Prohibitions: You may not edit, alter, or sell the images to third parties without prior written consent.

4. Booking and Payments

• A deposit of 20% is required to secure a photography session.

• Full payment must be made [before/at the time of] the session or delivery of the final gallery.

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the specific service contract.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made less than 2 days before the scheduled session may result in a loss of the deposit.

• In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, the Photographer reserves the right to reschedule.

6. Limitation of Liability
